By using our service (you) the user of our services understand and acknowledge that Tel-x-press is not responsible for the quality and condition of the items and or products before our arrival to the facility for pick-up.   As a customer of Tel-x-press Courier services you acknowledge,understand and consent to using our services to pick up and deliver the items in a safe manner to and or from (you) the customer. We do not  have any involvement in the way a restaurant/business conducts operations within its facilities.
